Are there surveillance camera’s?

Yes, we have modern cutting-edge video surveillance system throughout the lot.

Are there lights on the lot when it’s dark?

Yes, the entire lot has good lighting during the hours that are dark.

Can I leave any date that I want to?

We rent out spaces on a month to month basis. We require one day notice to vacate. If you vacate on the last day of the month, and notify us of that, you will not be charged for the next month. If you vacate and notify us after the 1st of the month you will owe for the entire month.

Do you pro-rate the rent?

Yes, we pro-rate rent for the month you move in. If you move in on September 15th, you will be charged for half of September. On October 1, you will be charged for all of October.

Does anyone snowplow during the winter months?

Yes, we plow all the drive aisles during the winter.

If I get a flat tire or need a jump start for my vehicle will someone help me?

Yes, we keep an air compressor and jumper cables with charged battery outside next to the main front gate. You can always call 907-348-7878 and the manager can assist.

Is there a main front gate app for auto entry?

Yes, we use Storage Genie aoo, so you never have to touch the gate keypad.

Can I park multiple vehicles in one space?

Yes, you may do this if everything is parked within the bounds of the space.

Do you have 24-hour gate access?

Our normal business hours are 6am – midnight 7 days a week. 24-hour access Is available on a case by case basis. We limit this for security reasons.

Is there plug-in electricity available?

Yes, we have shared convenience outlets on the light poles along the fence.

Do you have to sign a long-term contract?

No, we are month to month so you may leave anytime. One month is the minimum.

Are the Conex units heated?

No

Can I move in completely from the website?

Yes, the move in process is very user friendly. Once your payment goes through your desired gate code is active and you can immediately enter through our front main gate. Manager will send you a welcome e-mail with details shortly after on-line move in. The manager is available to call if you have any problems with the on-line move in or if you have questions after.

Is there anyone on site to help me?

Yes, we have an on-site caretaker and a Mon-Fri manager available. We take good care of our “guests” and their support is always available.
