CJ is such a pleasure to work with for storing vehicles at this facility. He goes above and beyond to help get cars prepared to leave and checks them monthly to make sure they are still in running condition. I highly recommend storing vehicles here.

We have stored our RV in several lots and this is the only one that is secure. Our rig has been vandalized in 2 other lots around town but the location and set up of A-1 is far superior. Management is super responsive and we think this is the best storage lot in Anchorage.

I’ve been very happy with A1 Storage. We’ve kept our boat there for quite a few years. We've always been happy with the service and accessibility. CJ has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I've had no problems getting ahold of him and he's always very responsive and goes the extra mile to address any concerns or requests.

The grounds are kept very clean and well kept as far as no pot holes, well graveled and paved.Spacious access to spaces and so easy to pull out and park my trailer. CJ super helpful and response time to text and calls is exceptional. He is always offering assistance. Outstanding service! CJ went above and beyond to accommodate our unusual needs. We couldn’t move out for a week past the end of the month and he very kindly did not charge us for the second month. CJ was always very responsive and exceedingly helpful whether it was keeping us on a waitlist, finding us the spots we needed, or extending our access hours so we could pickup our RV after a very late flight arrival time, ensuring we had a bed to sleep in after a long day of travel. We cannot recommend A-1 enough and will most definitely be repeat customers should the need arise.

Totally recommend. Location is perfect for downtown and being near the airport it is perfect for when you need to store stuff right before going out of town. CJ and his cute little sidekick dog are always a joy to see. Quick to pick up the phone with questions and responsive. The location itself was super secure and being monitored all the time. Clean space too.

I’ve had my truck and trailer here for over 3 years and CJ has been so awesome. He worked with me to store my truck last minute in the winter, plowed a spot, and took care of everything when I had to leave Alaska for work. He also picked me up at my hotel when I returned and took me to my truck and got it jumped so I could have it to drive while there again. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I couldn’t recommend anybody better. Every recommendation will be here, and nowhere else.

CJ is wonderful to work with, very helpful and always cheerful. I do have to say the parking space at the new area to me felt tight. I wish that area had wider parking areas and that getting the motorhomes in and out was a little easier. Other than that I will be coming back. I like the location of the facility to my residence and of course the helpfulness of their staff.

Best place in Anchorage to store our RV for the off-season! The storage yard is very secure. well lit and well maintained, with lots of room to maneuver all sizes of rigs. CJ is wonderful to work with, friendly and accommodating. We're long-time customers and will be back again this fall!

This is the best place to park your rv for a long period of time it’s nice and gated all you gotta do is punch in your own code to access the gate and you can also open the gate thru your cell phone and they plow the road in the winter and the manager is very very nice I’m definitely gonna park my rv here again

A1 Park and Store is a great place to store your motorhome. It is very spacious, clean and secured. CJ (mngr) is very helpful, friendly and is always a text/call away. He also makes you feel welcome. This location offers hands free gate access and on site management. I highly recommend them!

This place is amazing! I have always felt cared for and felt like my vehicle was in a super secure location. That can be rare in Anchorage. The manager is super responsive and kind- he hears your needs and always goes above and beyond to assist you. The site is clean and always has staff on site watching over things. When/if I am in need of storing a (expensive) vehicle/boat/RV/truck, etc I will 100% return to A1. They truly are the best in regards to how they make sure you and your vehicle are safe. Highly recommend.

This place is great. And CJ is so easy to work with. We've used other storage lots for our camper, but this one is definitely the best. Easy access, secure, never had an issue. We've been at A-1 for over 4 years now and intend to stay as long as we need a place to park the camper!

I stored my Motorhome here for two years. Communication, with the manager CJ, was always easy and fast. I loved having 24 hour easy access.

After having my RV broken into twice at another storage place, I got smart and moved to A-1. Not only is it more secure than other places, but the customer service was alway great. Would definitely store here again.

Been using A-1 for the past 5 years to store our travel trailer. It’s a nice modern business with personalized keypad access; they even added access via smartphone app at the start of Covid. Pausing service during the summer was as easy as an email saying when I was out. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for vehicle/rv storage.

Great location close to my neighborhood. I feel my RV and UTV are safe and secure at A-1 Park & Store. Secure key gate entrance, pavement lot (some area need attention) but over all better than gravel or a dirt lot storage. Great customer service from A-1 owner very helpful and attentive.

I stumbled onto A1 when we needed a spot to park our 40’ fifth wheel. A1 is secure and easily accommodates large rigs. CJ is one of the nicest people I’ve met in years and his level of customer service is unmatched.

Secure place to park or store anything with different size spots. Online check in is convenient, and the owners were very accommodating and helpful during move-in. The area is lit, has security cameras and some spots have plug-ins. The parking and driving surface isn't very even everywhere, but this isn't a huge issue.

I had the best experience with CJ! I typically don’t leave reviews but I was so impressed with his work that I felt I had to share it here. He was always very helpful and quick to reply and the lot was super secure! I hope we find a similar place in the lower 48 for our RV.

Great place to Park a Vehicle , Boat, Trailer or Motorhome I have had a space at this lot, A1 Park and Store, for many years. Its safe and secure and they are always upgrading the security with cameras and the gate. CJ , the current manage is smart and friendly man who knows what he is doing. AS much as we love our things...I'd say like is about people and you can tell that from him. CJ will work with you and set you up in a space. BTW, the lot is paved, so there is no muddy parking spaces that I'm aware of...it's pretty solid and clean. Sometimes, I kind of wish we had a dumpster there but besides that it's the best place for me to store my things.

I was desperately searching for a storage place for my Uhaul and pickup as after driving up the Alaska Highway my plans were abruptly changed when the ferry from Homer to Kodiak was postponed for 3+ weeks. I called several storage places that did not answer and my frustrations grew with every call. Needless to say, A1 did answer and accommodated me in my stressful situation. I was able to safely store all my belongings and not have to worry. Very professional and accommodating. I’m giving them a 5 ⭐️ rating with sincere gratitude!!

The best RV storage facility I've found in Anchorage! It's in a great location, very secure, has wide isles and nice flat spots. Signing up is easy and fast. CJ is absolutely the best to work with. I parked my motorhome, Box van and Food Truck at A1. They have always been completely accommodating and always have gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They even installed 50 Amp Power Breakers so I could plug in my Food Truck. Prices are very competitive and the service is wonderful. Completely Secured Lot. I definitely recommend them.
